Started With a Mower and a Mission

Back in 2012, our founder Marcus Chen noticed something frustrating. Homeowners either had to settle for rushed, careless gardening services or pay premium prices for landscaping companies that treated small residential jobs as afterthoughts.

He started agile-peak with a simple premise: every garden deserves proper attention, regardless of its size or the homeowner's budget. That first year, working solo with basic equipment, he built a client base entirely through word of mouth.

Today we have 35 team members serving thousands of properties across Australia. The equipment has upgraded significantly. The mission remains exactly the same.

What Drives Us Forward

Three principles guide every decision we make, from hiring new team members to choosing which products we use in your garden.

Honest Work

We quote what we mean and deliver what we promise. No hidden fees, no shortcuts when you're not watching. Every property gets the same standard of care.

Environmental Care

We prioritise eco-friendly products, water-wise practices, and native plantings. Good for your garden, good for the planet, good for future generations.

Community Focus

We hire locally, support apprenticeships, and maintain community gardens at no charge. Our success grows from the communities we serve.

Numbers That Tell Our Story

We measure success not just in revenue growth, but in returning clients, positive reviews, and team members who stay with us year after year.

Our Commitment to Sustainability

Climate change affects Australian gardens in real ways. Extended droughts, unpredictable storms, and shifting seasons require us to adapt how we work.

We actively promote water-wise landscaping, prioritise native and drought-tolerant plants, and use electric equipment wherever practical. Our fleet is gradually transitioning to hybrid vehicles.

These aren't marketing statements. They're operational decisions that cost money in the short term but make sense for the long term—for our business, our clients, and the environment.

  • 70% of recommended plants are native species
  • Battery-powered equipment for residential jobs
  • Green waste composted, not landfilled
